Ingredients & Allergen Notice

At Vegan Chocolate Co., we are committed to transparency and product integrity. All ingredients used in our products are disclosed to the best of our knowledge, and we do not knowingly include any undeclared ingredients.

However, some raw materials are sourced from third-party suppliers and manufacturers. While we take every reasonable step to verify supplier information and minimise risk, we cannot guarantee that these ingredients are completely free from trace contaminants or allergens.

Our products may therefore contain or come into contact with allergens, including but not limited to nuts, peanuts, soy, gluten, and dairy, through external manufacturing environments or supply chains.

We implement strict internal handling and production practices within our own environment to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. However, we can only control our own processes and cannot assume responsibility for conditions outside of our direct control, including those of ingredient suppliers.

In addition, where products are purchased through third-party retailers, distributors, or stockists, we have no control over the storage, handling, or environmental conditions of those products after they leave our premises. This may introduce further risk of cross-contamination.

• We are not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from consumption of our products

• We are not responsible for handling, storage, or environmental exposure once products leave our control
