DELIVERY PROMISE

All orders are dispatched via Express Post with Australia Post.

Vegan Chocolate Co takes great care in packaging all products; however, once parcels leave our premises, they are under the control of Australia Post. As such, we are not liable for damage, delays, or melting that may occur during transit.

All deliveries include insurance (up to $100), and any claims for loss or damage must be lodged directly with Australia Post.

We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking and ensuring someone is available to receive your delivery. If no one is home, Australia Post may leave the parcel in a safe place. Please note that chocolate is highly temperature-sensitive, and any time spent exposed to heat or outdoor conditions significantly increases the risk of melting or damage. For best results, parcels should be brought inside promptly and stored in a cool, shaded environment.

Orders placed before 4pm are typically dispatched the next business day, subject to stock availability and delivery location.
