Arrived melted or damaged? Send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you.

How long does it take?
We send everything Express Post. Most metro orders arrive within one to three business days of leaving us; regional addresses can take a little longer.
Will chocolate arrive melted?
We ship express to keep chocolate in transit as briefly as possible and pack accordingly. If something does arrive melted or damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you.
Do you ship overseas?
We currently ship within Australia only.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes — enter their address as the delivery address and add your note at checkout. Prices are never included in the box.
Something is wrong with my order.
Email us with your order number and a photo and we will make it right.
Is everything really vegan?
Yes — everything we make is 100% vegan and dairy free. Some products contain gluten and some are gluten free; full ingredients are listed on every product page.

Easter and Christmas boxes are made in limited runs. Subscribers hear first, along with new bars and the occasional thing we only make once.
